At Chatham ST., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
✅ Returns
• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram or our order support within the 2-day window.
🔄 Exchanges
• If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability).
• If the preferred size is unavailable, you may request store credit or a refund.
❌ Non-returnable Items
• Items that show signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned after the 2-day window.
💰 Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / OnePay).
